En tenant compte du fait que 3 marques principales de robots se partagent
l’essentiel du marché, Robotique Concept va essayer de couvrir ces 3 gammes à
travers des robots de génération récente. Nous complétons notre stock pour
mettre rapidement à votre disposition les robots du tableau suivant :

L’objectif sera de vous proposer des baies RJ3ib, KRC2 ou S4C+ chaque fois que
possible.

Nous avons par ailleurs en ce moment des robots STAUBLI en baie CS8
quasi-neufs, des pickers ABB, une palette assez large de MOTOMAN, ainsi qu’un
grand nombre de cellules de soudage (IGM-CLOOS-ABB) à des prix très
intéressants.

Concernant les pièces détachées, notre gamme de pupitre de programmation s’est
récemment enrichie d’un KUKA KRC2 et FANUC RJ3.
Par ailleurs, nous avons maintenant la plupart des cartes ABB S4C. Nous vous
rappelons que nous pouvons également prendre en charge la réparation de vos
cartes électroniques ou pupitres. Enfin, de nouvelles possibilités
intéressantes d’amélioration de vos robots ABB sont maintenant disponibles :
remplacement de vos disquettes par des clés USB, ou mise en place d’enrouleurs
sur vos câbles de teach, toujours à des prix canon !

Enfin, en ce qui concerne les formations, Robotique Concept propose un cours
original sur l’intégration des robots à réaliser en 2 jours, pour des
responsables production, méthode ou maintenance. Mais si vous souhaitez avoir
des spécialistes BAC+3 dans ce domaine de l’intégration, pensez à envoyer un
de vos technicien en alternance à LYON pour faire une licence pro « Chargé
d’Intégration en Robotique Industrielle ». L’an dernier, malgré la crise, 14
sociétés dont 8 intégrateurs ont embauché en CDD un diplomé bac+2 pour lui
faire suivre cette formation de 500 heures de cours et 39 semaines de projet
en entreprise pour un salaire proche du SMIC et une formation remboursée par

KR16 KRC2 with 220 hours, 17 500 €    SOLD
This last generation KUKA KRC2 (load 16 kg, reach 1550) has come end of march on the data base : he was used for tests by an integrator then the crise came...The best guaranty for you is its 220 hours, but a constructor warranty is possible in option. FANUC R2000 of 700 hours SOLD
This R2000 FANUC of 165 kg is known as the most sold robot in the world! This one is brand new since it has only 700 hours. It was on a multi-robots line and had finally no utility. Moreover it is completely equipped : robust base plate, gripper command device, electric and pneumatic wires and gripper. INDUSTIE 2010 and Robotics
Due to crise, the stands were smaller this year, and visitors less numerous. Here is my visit report, not complete :
A quick turn on the exhibition allowed me to visit ABB and KUKA stands which showed a new safety concept : the robot goes slower when somebody comes in its area and stops under servos when closer, but goes on when the people goes away. A kuka robot drew my portrait. Visit of FANUC , who has developp several parallele 6 axes robots. Impressive. Many Epson robots on GT robotique stand. Thanks to Mr Fustier of Arc technology for the lunch on his stand around Kawasaki robots which should be better known in France. Then AXELENT safety fences with no screws going away when dismonted in accordance with new safety rules. Robots integrators met : CREI, SECMA CMF, ERRIC.BILSING grippers in Body in white, and very long FANUC arm on Air liquid stand (thanks for the welding manual) discussion with Mr.Rondu. Then Mr.Bugaud of SYMOP organisation to speak of 50th birthday of Robotics (next year)and discussion with Mr.Fages, chief redacteur of “J’automatise”.
Then I came back like everybody, with a yellow bag, good pub from FANUC.
